Overview

Duties
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms and B2B (business-to-business) outreach.
- Support the creation of compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and prepare reports with Microsoft Excel to analyze campaign performance and market data.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and project milestones.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitors, and gather insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining organizational records, and tracking project timelines with strong time management skills.
- Contribute to content creation for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials that align with brand messaging.
- Support leadership in planning events, webinars, or trade shows that promote our brand and foster client relationships.
Experience
- NO previous Experience Required but curiosity to learn and positive attitude is requirement.
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
- Analytical skills to interpret data from market research or campaign results for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Knowledge of IT tools used for marketing automation, customer relationship management (CRM), or analytics platforms is a plus.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills paired with effective time management to meet deadlines consistently.
