About the Role;
As our Activities Coordinator, you will
- Plan and deliver a varied programme of engaging activities tailored to guests' interests and abilities
- Encourage participation and social interaction among guests
- Update activity related care plans
- Organise themed events, outings, and special celebrations
- Work alongside your team, carers and managers to promote overall wellbeing
- Support guests in maintaining hobbies and discover new ones.
About You :
- Energetic, creative and compassionate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a care setting, or activity planning is desirable, but not essential
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Organise with great attention to detail

Candidate MUST have Full UK Drivers License and be over 25 to drive our vehicles. Candidate must be willing to obtain a PVG check to work with us.
