Join a practice where people come before products.
At Samantha Luckman Hearing Care, we believe exceptional hearing care is about far more than hearing aids.
We take the time to understand every client as an individual, building genuine relationships and delivering the highest standards of clinical care in a relaxed, boutique-style environment. Whether we're carrying out a comprehensive hearing assessment, removing wax, fitting hearing technology or simply listening to what matters most to our clients, our aim is always the same – to make a meaningful difference to someone's quality of life.
We're looking for an HCPC Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our friendly, supportive team for 3–4 days per week.
Our beautiful practice in the centre of historic Salisbury is equipped with excellent clinical facilities, the latest diagnostic equipment and access to products from all the leading independent manufacturers, allowing you to recommend what's genuinely best for each client.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is HCPC registered.
- Is kind, caring and naturally empathetic.
- Enjoys building lasting relationships with clients.
- Takes pride in delivering outstanding clinical care.
- Is enthusiastic about continual learning and professional development.
- Works well as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
- Shares our belief that outstanding service is just as important as outstanding technology.
Experience is welcome, but personality, warmth and clinical integrity matter just as much. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to be part of a practice that puts client care before sales targets.
The role includes:
- Comprehensive hearing assessments.
- Hearing aid recommendations, fittings and follow-up care.
- Hearing aid servicing and rehabilitation.
- Liaising with GPs and other healthcare professionals where appropriate.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Educating clients and their families about hearing loss and hearing technology.
- Occasional clinics in Fordingbridge and occasional home visits.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Microsuction wax removal experience.
- Experience working within an independent practice.
- Confidence fitting products from multiple manufacturers.
What we offer
- Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
- No commission or sales targets.
- Modern clinical equipment.
- A genuinely supportive and friendly team.
- Time to deliver excellent care rather than rushing appointments.
- Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.
