Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Social Club Steward / Stewardess / Partnership to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable environment within our social club. The successful candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest services. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy fostering positive relationships with members and visitors alike. The position has the option of live in accommodation as part of the package.
Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage daily operations of the social club, ensuring smooth functioning and organisation
- Assist with organising events, activities, and partnerships to enhance member engagement
- Oversee the maintenance of the club’s facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
- Handle member enquiries, reservations, and feedback efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a high standard of hospitality and guest services
- Support management in implementing club policies and procedures
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages community spirit and member participation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or hospitality roles, with a focus on guest services
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly, approachable demeanour with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience working within social clubs or the hospitality section is a must
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
