Job Description: Play Worker at Kidz play Breakfast & Afterschool Club Based at St Monica Primary School.
Candidate must be 17 years and above
Enchased DBS check must be completed and clear prior starting this position
Start Date : ASAP
Contracted Hours: 15.75 hours per week
Hourly Rates: Depending on age and qualification
Location: Based at St Monica Primary
The working hours will be Monday - Friday 7:20am - 8:50am & Monday, Thursday and Friday 2:45pm - 5:30pm / 6pm. Term Time Only
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan activities with the children
- Organise play areas, materials and equipment
- Give children the freedom to spend their leisure time in their own way
- Encourage fair and caring behaviour among the children
- Encourage independence and self-esteem
- Ensure Safeguarding procedures are adhered to
All employees must undertake a DBS check and refence to be obtained before start date
