FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (Electrical)

- Travel UK-wide with the majority of work in London & Manchester.

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. You will travel to customer sites to install, maintain, fault-find, and repair our range of equipment. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer who enjoys problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine servicing and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) at client sites.
- Respond promptly to call outs to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Complete installations and commissioning of new equipment.
- Provide technical support and basic operator training to customers.
- Accurately complete service reports and digital job sheets.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts within your company vehicle.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a field service or maintenance engineering role.
- Strong diagnostic skills with both electrical & mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home on occasions.
