The Job
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Commercial Cleaner and Driver to join our team at ACP.
As a part of our dedicated team, you will start work each day between 6:20- 7:30AM at our Woodley office and work typically around 8 hour shifts but this can be slightly flexible due to the scope and nature of the work.
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of communal areas in residential flats.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday
You need to have a Full UK Driving License as you will b e required to drive a small team to our sites in one of our company vans.
When driving you will also be in a supervisory role for the team.
The Pay:
Your pay will be salaried at £27,300 per annum. This will increase to £28,500 after a successful 3 month probational period
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain communal areas in residential flats, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and window cleaning.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces as required.
- Restock supplies and notify management when inventory is running low.
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicles.
Requirements:
- Valid full UK driver's license with a clean driving record (Essential)
- Proven experience as a commercial cleaner, with a focus on communal areas or residential buildings (Preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Time management skills to ensure completion of tasks within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment or supplies, as required.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Reliability and punctuality.
