We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team at Hill Barton, Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a prestigious brand that values growth, teamwork, and employee development.
In this role, you will support the vehicle logistics operations on site, carrying out inspections of all incoming vehicles to ensure they meet the required quality standards. You will also help maintain the correct presentation of vehicle stock and assist in keeping the site well-organized and maintained.

What you'll be doing:
In this role, youll be at the heart of our customer service and logistics operations, ensuring every interaction reflects the City West Country standard of excellence through making sure delivery schedules run smoothly and sales teams are always up to date.

Assist with the receipt of all vehicles in accordance with company and CWC standards and procedures

Inspect all incoming vehicles, checking for damage or missing items, and promptly report any issues to the Operations Co-Ordinator.

Ensure dealer and inter-group transfer vehicles are fully prepared for collection, including keys and book packs

Support the management of key cabinets, issuing keys to other sites, and overseeing drivers involved in vehicle deliveries and collections. Ensure all key tags and numbered mirror hangers are correctly used.

Maintain and regularly check compound security, reporting any concerns or breaches to management.
What we are looking for:

Previous experience within the Motor industry (Preferred)

Full UK Driving Licence (required)
