Receptionist
Location: Unilever R&D, Quarry Road Estate, Bebington, Wirral, CH63 3JW
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Contract Type: Fixed Term, Part Time (Minimum 3 Months)
Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday
About the Role
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Unilever R&D in Bebington on a temporary basis. This role has been created to support additional reception requirements during ongoing building works on site.
As the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering a positive experience while ensuring reception operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do

Welcome and assist global visitors to site in a professional and friendly manner

Issue visitor badges in line with Unilever policy guidelines

Act as the first point of contact for the site population

Transfer and maintain information across different systems

Coordinate catering and hospitality requests

Provide general administrative support and undertake ad hoc duties as required

Maintain a professional reception environment at all times
