The Role
As a Senior Mortgage Adviser, you'll guide clients through the mortgage process from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering high-quality advice whilst maintaining exceptional customer service and regulatory standards.
You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, helping clients with a wide range of residential and buy-to-let mortgage requirements, while building lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Responsibilities
- Provide regulated mortgage advice tailored to clients' individual circumstances.
- Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
- Manage cases from enquiry through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, solicitors and other professional partners.
- Generate business through networking, referrals and proactive relationship building.
- Ensure all advice and documentation meets FCA regulatory requirements.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience throughout the mortgage journey.
- Support and mentor junior advisers where appropriate.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, lender criteria and industry developments.
