We're looking for a Supervisor to join our Calvert HS2 team based in Twyford, Buckinghamshire. In this role you'll be supervising operational activities, maintaining compliance standards, coordinating repairs and inspections, and supporting the wider project delivery team.
Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire – site based 5 days per week
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 per year + £5k car allowance + benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As a Supervisor, you'll be working within the Plant, Fleet & Facilities team, helping to ensure smooth and efficient site operations through effective plant and fleet support. Your day to day will include:
- Carrying out delivery inspections and on/off hire checks for plant, fleet, and equipment whilst ensuring compliance with Kier and client standards
- Troubleshooting breakdowns and coordinating timely repairs, including accurate defect reporting and corrective actions
- Monitoring and completing pre-use inspections, reviewing PUWER logs, and conducting routine plant audits and fleet gate checks
- Supporting the continuous improvement and development of operational systems across the site
- Supervising site operations and fitters in line with client requirements, assisting the Plant & Fleet Manager with operational activities to support timely project delivery
What are we looking for?
This role of Supervisor would suit someone who:
- Has a strong understanding of plant, tools, fleet, and equipment within a similar operational environment
- Is confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with confidence and initiative
- Takes a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing operational demands
