Duties
- Provide a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Offer specialised services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Upsell products and additional services to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Mentor junior staff or apprentices, sharing expertise in hairdressing techniques and customer service excellence.
- Assist with store management tasks as required, ensuring the salon operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and providing personalised advice.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation within the salon environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hairdressing, with skills in barbering preferred.
- Competence in store management and front desk operations is advantageous.
- Additional skills such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and mentoring are desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining excellent customer relations.
- A professional attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
