Dental Elite are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed practice in Lancaster, Lancashire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with an established patient list, strong private earning potential, and a modern digital practice in a fantastic city centre location.
About the Role
- Days Available: Mondays, with the potential to increase to Wednesdays
- Start Date: ASAP (notice periods considered)
- UDA Rate: £15 per UDA
- Private Split: 55% in favour of the Associate
- Lab Bills: 50/50
- Patient Base: Established list with excellent private growth opportunities
- Monthly payments
Ideal Candidate
- Confident delivering general NHS and private dentistry
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented with a professional approach
- Keen to develop private treatments alongside NHS

- Mixed 6 surgery practice
- Fully digital using SOE software
- Intraoral scanner available
- Support from 2 Dental Therapists and an experienced nursing team
- Dedicated decontamination room
- On-site parking available
- Walking distance to Lancaster Train Station with excellent transport links
- Conveniently located close to the M6, Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Morecambe Bay
Requirements
- GDC registered Dentist
- Active NHS Performer Number
- Fully compliant to work in the UK
