Days per week: 2 days (0.4) (four half days across the week, as needed by the editorial team. May include some evening hours or early mornings)

Salary: £29,250 FTE pro rata
Key Responsibilities
Assessment Development
- Support the development and quality assurance of assessment content across reading proficiency, critical thinking and real-world knowledge.
- Sense-check assessment questions for clarity, accuracy and alignment with the assessment framework checklist as well as intended learning outcomes.
- Support the ongoing refinement of assessment content based on feedback and performance data.
- Work closely with the AI Enablement Exec to train and improve the AI question generator.
Research, User Testing & Evaluation
- Set up and administer user testing surveys.
- Coordinate live user testing sessions with teachers and students.
- Collate, analyse and report on user feedback and testing data.
- Support research and evaluation activities to inform product development and measure impact.
Learning Resources & Support
- Support the creation of learning materials, guidance and support resources.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of Support Hub content.
- Contribute to the organisation and updating of internal knowledge resources and documentation.
Operational Support
- Support the upload and quality assurance of content on the new platform.
- Provide administrative support for cross-departmental projects, partnerships and product development activities.
- May include occasional support on marketing and school liaison.
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Strong research, analytical and organisational skills.
- Interest in learning science, educational assessment and evidence-informed practice.
- Experience of user research, data collection or user testing.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with content and data.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Interest in education, literacy, psychology or cognitive science.
