Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy shifts
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with staff training and development, ensuring the team has the skills and knowledge to perform at their best.
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as required.
- Support the management team in achieving business goals and maintaining a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector (2 year minimum)
- Experience of making premium cocktails (3 years minimum)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle busy periods.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Flexible to work days evenings and weekend shifts.
