Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Team member to join our team on for a mixture of Fridays, Saturdays and overtime during the summer season in other days. This role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring their needs are met. A knack for upselling products and services while maintaining a positive customer experience is essential. We also run other sites in Great Massingham, Fakenham, Wymondham and Holt which also have opportunities from time to time. All sites will include and involve operating a Post Office for which full training will be given.
Duties
- Operating the shop and Post Office concurrently
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers
- Excellent time keeping as we rely on this working within a small team
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all interactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to sell products effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
