Weekend Tap Team Member – Flexible Weekend Role
Location: Loddon Brewery, Dunsden, South Oxfordshire
Contract: Zero-hours (flexible weekend shifts)
Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour (depending on age) plus holiday pay
Loddon Brewery is looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to join our Tap Team on weekends.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two shifts are the same. You'll be serving award-winning beers, welcoming customers, helping in our brewery shop, and making sure everyone has a fantastic experience. Whether you're pulling pints, serving food and drinks, or chatting to customers about our beers, you'll be an important part of our team.
We're proud of the relaxed, friendly atmosphere we've created and are looking for people who enjoy working with others and providing excellent customer service.
Variety of Shifts Available Between These Times (depending on availability)
- Friday: 5:00pm – 10:30pm
- Saturday: 4:00pm – 10:30pm
- Sunday: 9:30am – 8:30pm
Additional shifts may be available during holidays, special events and busy periods.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Serve beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and hot drinks.
- Learn about our beers and confidently recommend them to customers.
- Operate tills and process cash and card payments.
- Keep the bar, shop and customer areas clean, tidy and well presented.
- Restock fridges, shelves and bar areas throughout your shift.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Support your teammates to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic.
- Confident speaking to customers.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment.
- Previous bar, pub, café or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential—we'll provide full training.
- Weekend availability is essential.
