Hotel Receptionist - The Grand Hotel
Are you ready to be an outstanding ambassador and make an amazing first impression for our guests?
As one of our incredible reception team, you will be responsible for greeting all of our guests and visitors with a warm and welcoming manner, whether face to face or on the phone. You will help them with any enquiries they may have to ensure they always have the best experience.
You will need to be polite, cheerful and always maintain a high level of professionalism and complete confidentiality.
Answering the phone, directing calls, handling mail and other front desk duties will be required.

We are looking for a new member to join the team; working 5 days per week. We require candidates to be flexible and work when required. In return we offer a competitive salary, full training and possible opportunities for progression. Please note this role includes regular evenings/early mornings and weekends.
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
