Support Worker – Newton Abbot, Devon (16 or 35 Hours per Week)
Location: Newton Abbot, Devon
Salary: £12.25-£12.55 per hour (enhanced rate for the weekend)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (16 hours) or Full-Time (35 hours)
Shifts: Flexible across weekdays, weekends, and some evenings (rota-based)

About the Role:
You will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs in their own homes or in the community. Your role will include:
- Helping with day-to-day activities like cooking, shopping, and personal care
- Supporting with appointments and social outings
- Encouraging independence and confidence in daily life
- Providing emotional support and companionship
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring and respectful attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided!
- A driving licence is desirable but not required
