The Role:
- Support the learning and development of children aged 0–5 years.
- Deliver engaging play-based activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Help create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play.
- Observe and record children's progress, supporting their individual development.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or a related subject.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's early development.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
