Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Lead food preparation, cooking, serving, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee food safety protocols, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage practices
- Support staff training on culinary techniques, customer interaction, and safety procedures
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven management or supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong background in food production, cooking, and food preparation techniques
- Experience with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including serving procedures and kitchen workflows
- Familiarity with barista experience or beverage service is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency
