As a Marketing Manager, you will be a key creative and strategic force within this mission. This role goes beyond traditional marketing — it is about translating energy into expression, vision into movement, and ideas into campaigns that resonate deeply and reach widely.
You will lead the direction, execution, and evolution of our marketing presence across platforms, ensuring that every piece of content is not only effective, but aligned, intentional, and alive. Your work will directly shape how our message is experienced by a global audience.

Responsibilities:
Manage and plan the social media calendars for @thisismariyaofficial and @onemotherofficial
Navigate marketing trends and execute a marketing plan that drives viral growth
Create high-quality social content (reels, shorts, posts, stories, carousels, b-roll). Carousels and Reels are our main driver of growth on Instagram

Prepare video content for publishing (add captions, music, trimming, formatting)
Build marketing campaigns for online and in-person retreats. Own the full marketing plan and execution.
Create marketing funnels and lead magnets to promote books, workshops, essential oils, and digital products
Manage website updates and create campaign-specific landing pages using kajabi.com
Lead copywriting efforts; must be excellent at translating Mariya’s voice into compelling marketing copy
Manage the email marketing calendar and develop strategies for both brands
Clip full-length YouTube videos into viral, high-retention shorts and reels
Handle customer inquiries and provide daily client support
Manage and mentor a Marketing Coordinator; set goals, KPIs, and deliverables
Help us organize offline and online events.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong background in social media marketing (strategy + execution), ideally with a personal brand
You have a track record of building viral content strategies
Experience running full-cycle marketing campaigns from ideation to launch
Design skills (Canva or Photoshop) for creating static posts, stories, and carousels
Video editing skills (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Veed.io, or similar) for creating reels, shorts, captions, and b-roll
Excellent communication and copywriting; fluent, polished English, and love for great copy
Exceptional attention to detail; highly organized with strong prioritization skills
Analytical mindset; experience with IG Professional Dashboard, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc. (Nice to have)
Experience managing at least one direct report
Experience using automation tools like ManyChat for social media activations (Nice to have)
Deep understanding of spirituality; ability to grasp and communicate complex metaphysical topics (Must have)
Ability to use AI tools (MidJourney, ChatGPT, Krea, VEO3) to support content creation

Work hours: 8 hours a day. Until 2:00 pm EST (March to November) and 1 pm EST (December to February)
Pay: £3,700.00-£4,000.00 per month
