This person is non-verbal and has a diagnosis of Autism, His wishes and feelings are understood through his behaviours, sensory responses, engagement levels, and reactions to changes in routine. This person attends a Special Educational Needs school, where he benefits from structured environments, predictable routines, and specialist support that aligns with his needs.

Self-employed PA - £17.15 per hour.
