Who We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 3+ years PQE
- Experienced in domestic abuse, public and private children law (including complex casework)
- Member of, or working towards, Children or Family Law Accreditation
- Strong team leader and motivator with a compassionate approach
- Confident managing your own caseload and legal aid (CCMS) processes
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and driven to make an impact

- Lead and supervise a high-performing team
- Manage your own caseload of domestic abuse and complex children matters
- Deliver top-tier, client-focused legal services
- Provide strategic legal advice and clear guidance
- Conduct advocacy where appropriate
- Mentor junior staff and promote continuous learning
- Ensure compliance, quality, and performance across the team
