We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Front of House Team Leader to join our team!. If you like a bit of variety and beautiful views on the water, then this role may be for you!
Please note, this role involves serving alcohol, this role is for someone 18 years or older. This job is also seasonal running until the 31st October 2026.
About us:
The Sabrina boat is a 60-seater passenger vessel on the River Severn that runs along the river loop around Shrewsbury town centre. We offer day trips with table service and a live commentary given by our fantastic team of skippers.
As well as our day trips, the Sabrina Boat also operates as a function venue. These range from our own theme nights to private parties.
About the role:
Primarily, you will be required to run a smooth shift on the Sabrina Boat whether on your own or working with a team. You will be making/ running drinks, cash handling, and ensuring the boat is safely and securely tied on to our pontoon.
The position will require a combination of daytime and evening work, working 3 to 5 out of 7 days during the working week. However, we will also consider candidates that would like to work part-time hours.
As working on a boat can provide many different challenges, some of which you may not have encountered before, you will take part in a full training program to provide you all the skills and knowledge needed to be successful within the role. Although supervisory or management experience is preferable, we also welcome applicants with no prior experience.

- Assisting the Boat Manager
- Opening and closing the boat and cleaning
- Doing wet and dry stock orders
