We’re looking for an experienced food operator to take on a brilliant pub partnership opportunity in Llanbedrog, near Pwllheli. This traditional, dog-friendly coastal pub already has a strong reputation for great homemade food, local produce, real ales and warm hospitality, with plenty of seasonal trade from locals, visitors and holidaymakers.
Inside, the pub has a cosy village feel, with a log-burning stove, good-sized dining space and plenty of character. Outside, the extensive beer garden is a real draw during the warmer months, with the beach and local amenities close by.

Expected weekly takings are approximately £9,000. To support the seasonal nature of the business, this opportunity comes with an adapted wet sales agreement: you’ll receive 30% of wet sales during the main trading season, increasing to 40% of wet sales through the quieter winter months, giving you extra support when seasonal trade naturally dips. Food remains at 80% all year round, making this a strong opportunity for a confident food operator.
