Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors with a positive attitude and ensure the environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm, actively contributing to the team’s success.
- Support the team by taking ownership of tasks and working together to maintain a top-tier facility.
Example of General Duties:
- Perform daily building checks, identifying any faults and resolving them with guidance from our team.
- Assist outside contractors when needed, and follow safety procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to address any facility-related issues that may arise.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance with training provided, escalating any complex issues when needed.
- Conduct security checks, stay alert for unusual behaviour, and monitor CCTV systems.
- Assist with fire evacuation procedures and help investigate fire alarm activations.
Qualifications:
- No vast experience necessary – just a strong interest in DIY or maintenance and the eagerness to learn!
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others in a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while managing tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions, learn new skills, and grow in the role over time.
- Good time keeping, and punctuality is a must.
