We’re Hiring | Medical Aesthetics Practitioner – Injectables

Ayimaa Aesthetics is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Medical Aesthetics Practitioner to join our London clinic and help us grow the injectable side of the practice.
Ayimaa is a nurse-led, skin-focused clinic built around consultation-led care, evidence-based treatment, natural results and long-term client relationships.
The Role
This is an injectable-focused position, primarily delivering:
* Botulinum toxin treatments
* Skin boosters and other skin-focused injectable treatments
This role does not include dermal filler treatments.
Our approach to injectables is skin-first. We believe injectable treatments should complement good skin health and form part of a considered, individualised treatment plan rather than being delivered in isolation.
As the role develops, there may also be scope to expand into advanced skin treatments for a practitioner with the appropriate training, experience and interest.
Who We're Looking For
You must:
* Be a registered medical professional (NMC, GMC or GDC)
* Hold independent prescribing rights
* Be trained, experienced and confident in independently delivering injectable treatments
* Have knowledge and understanding of treating skin of colour
* Have strong consultation, assessment and communication skills
* Be confident making appropriate treatment decisions, including when not to treat
* Be aligned with a natural, considered and skin-focused approach to aesthetics
* Be professional, reliable and committed to delivering a high standard of patient care
*Have availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Availability for one Saturday per month would be welcomed, although this is not essential.
Experience or an interest in advanced skin treatments is welcomed but is not essential for the initial role.

Clinic days will be agreed in advance, with flexibility around agreed working patterns.
This role would suit an experienced practitioner who is confident working independently but values being part of a collaborative clinic environment and is interested in growing alongside the Ayimaa brand.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £300.00 per day
