Dp rundle dental care is a well-established, family-run dental practice with over 40 years of experience providing high-quality dental care to our local community.
Based across two practices just one mile apart, we are a friendly and established team providing a busy range of general dentistry, predominantly within the NHS.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic and reliable GDC-registered Qualified Dental Nurse to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Nurse who takes pride in providing excellent patient care and enjoys working as part of a supportive, professional team.
The Role
As a Qualified Dental Nurse, you will work closely with our dentists and wider practice team, assisting with a wide range of general dental treatments and helping to ensure our patients receive a welcoming and positive experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing chairside assistance during a wide range of general dental treatments
- Supporting clinicians to ensure the smooth running of surgeries
- Preparing surgeries and maintaining high standards of infection control
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and following practice procedures
- Providing reassurance and support to patients throughout their treatment
- Maintaining high standards of cross-infection control and decontamination
- Working effectively as part of a busy and friendly team
- Contributing to the overall smooth running of the practice
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- GDC registered and qualified to Level 3 Dental Nursing
- Ideally has at least 1 year's post-qualification experience
- Caring, friendly and professional in their approach
- Reliable, organised and able to work well in a busy environment
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Committed to maintaining high standards of clinical care and infection control
- Comfortable assisting with a wide range of general dentistry
Up-to-date Hepatitis B vaccination and relevant immunisations will be required.
Working Hours
We have one full-time position available, working 4 days per week.
Typical hours are:
8:30am – 6:00pm, with one evening until 7:00pm.
On Fridays, the practice closes at 5:30pm.
Part-time hours will also be considered for the right candidate.
