We are looking for a Store Assistant to provide outstanding service to our customers. As part of the Rufford’s team, you’ll be working with luxury country fashion brands, helping customers find the perfect pieces, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. If you have retail experience, knowledge of our brands, a keen eye for detail and a love for country fashion, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Although experience is preferred, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
You will be working on a 7 day rota so you will be required to work weekdays and weekends.
