Self-Employed Property Maintenance Operative / Handyman

Plumbed Ltd is a growing plumbing, heating and property maintenance company based in South East London. As our business continues to expand, we're looking to add a reliable, skilled and trustworthy self-employed handyman/property maintenance operative to our team.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and can represent our company professionally in customers' homes.
The Role
You'll carry out a variety of property maintenance works, including:
- General repairs and maintenance
- Basic carpentry
- Decorating and making good
- Silicone and sealant work
- Door and lock adjustments
- Minor plumbing repairs (advantageous)
- General handyman tasks
Requirements
- Self-employed
- Own van and tools
- Full UK driving licence
- Own public liability insurance (proof required)
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and to a high standard
