- A 12-month opportunity within NFU Mutual’s Talent Acquisition team
- A fast-paced, varied role supporting end-to-end recruitment activity, coordination, compliance and data management
- Hybrid working with a blended approach – 80% home-based and 20% from our Stratford-upon-Avon office
This is an excellent new opportunity to support NFU Mutual’s award-winning Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. As a Co-ordinator, you’ll provide essential support across the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are set up accurately and managed in line with agreed processes. You’ll play a key part in coordinating interviews and assessments, managing schedules, preparing materials and issuing communications to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
You’ll also support candidate communications at key stages, helping to maintain a consistent and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. Alongside this, you’ll maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation, ensuring all activity is compliant with data protection requirements and audit expectations, whilst also supporting internal candidate processes through checks, tracking and information preparation.
The role involves contributing to the ongoing improvement of recruitment processes by maintaining templates, guides and recruitment packs, as well as supporting data capture, MI reporting and analysis to provide visibility of performance and inform decision-making. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll provide flexible support across a range of activities, particularly during busy periods, campaigns or team absence, ensuring delivery remains consistent and high quality.
You’ll be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, staying on top of competing demands whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong time management and attention to detail are key, as you’ll be handling a range of tasks that require careful coordination and consistency.
You’ll be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, able to build effective relationships and provide clear, professional support to stakeholders at all levels. You’ll bring resilience and a proactive mindset, remaining calm under pressure and taking accountability for delivering high-quality outcomes.
We’re also looking for someone who shows initiative and isn’t afraid to get involved, suggest improvements or step in to support the wider team when needed. You’ll be adaptable and open to change, with a flexible approach that allows you to respond positively to evolving priorities.
To be successful, you’ll be able to demonstrate the following (essential):
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment (regulated sector preferred)
- Experience in coordination-based roles, including diary and scheduling management
- Experience capturing, analysing and reporting on data, including MI and KBIs
- Experience and confidence using multiple systems, with experience of ATS platforms preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, along with prior use of databases and reporting tools
