JCC Legal is expanding in South Wales and we're looking for an experienced, qualified conveyancer to join our growing Cardiff team.
If you're an experienced property lawyer who enjoys conveyancing but is tired of excessive caseloads, volume-driven environments and constantly chasing targets at the expense of client service, we'd like to hear from you.

The Opportunity
You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and become an important part of our continued growth in Cardiff and South Wales.
Your caseload will include matters such as:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Leasehold sales and purchases
- Mortgaged and cash transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New-build transactions
- More complex residential property matters
You'll work directly with your clients and build strong relationships with estate agents, lenders, brokers and other professionals throughout the transaction.
About You
We're looking for an experienced conveyancer who is qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx Lawyer.
You'll ideally have at least 5 years' residential conveyancing experience and be confident handling your own files from beginning to end.
You'll also need:
- Strong technical conveyancing knowledge
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- The confidence to make decisions and take ownership of your matters
- A proactive approach to progressing transactions
- Experience dealing with estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- High professional standards and attention to detail
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who cares about doing conveyancing well.
