The Part & Parcel, Witney is part of the Dodo Pub Co – known for award-winning interiors, top-notch Neapolitan pizzas, and unbeatable vibes. At its core, we are neighbourhood pubs, focussing on serving our customers with products we’re 100% proud of, with our people we are 100% committed to.
From the bar we offer a wide selection of amazing craft beers, wines, wonks & cocktails all served up by knowledgeable and passionate staff to customers that care about quality and community.
From the kitchens, we serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas cooked at 450C in our wood-fired oven. We also serve up some tasty sides.
We are neighbourhood pubs for the community, you will be expected to create and nurture relationships with locals as well as to support the managers in the day-to-day operations of the pub. You’ll be a great team player with strong people skills and a positive and friendly outlook – someone who’s excited about working with us at Dodo and who takes pride in what they do and is eager to learn.
We’re currently seeking a motivated and passionate member of bar staff to join the crew!

Technical – the nuts and bolts of what you need to do your job
- Perfect Serve: you always follow Dodo spec sheets and User Guides.
- Know your stuff: your knowledge on our product is top notch. With this you am able to confidently pour / make every product as well as guide customers through our menu(s) improving their experience
- Checklists: Checklists are king, and you stick to every task on them, filling them out diligently and completing the tasks effectively.
- Owning your section: whether you’re on the bar or on the floor, you make sure that you are set up to succeed. You maintain a clean and organised station

- Equipment Knowledge: you know how to use the various bits of kit (coffee machine, cellar system etc) and you take good care of them, using them as they were intended and in a safe manner.
