Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, management expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Duties
- Supervise and support dental practice staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and hygienists
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient service
- Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and revenue tracking
- Implement and monitor policies related to health and safety regulations, infection control, and compliance standards
- Full dental knowlede about CQC regulations and policies
- Handle human resources responsibilities such as recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staff scheduling
- Coordinate with dental practitioners to optimise appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatment plans, and financial transactions
- Ensure the practice adheres to all legal and ethical guidelines within the dental industry
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a healthcare or dental environment
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
- Experience in financial management including budgeting and billing processes
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staff recruitment, training, and performance management
- Previous experience in veterinary or dental practice management is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and courtesy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, patients, and external stakeholders

Pay: £24,420.00-£45,783.92 per year
