Were looking for an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join our professional accident repair team in Hull.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced vehicle body repair professional looking for a long-term career within a growing automotive repair business. Youll work alongside a skilled bodyshop team, using modern repair equipment and manufacturer-approved methods to restore accident-damaged vehicles safely and to the highest standards.

The Role
As a Panel Technician, youll be responsible for carrying out high-quality structural and cosmetic repairs to accident-damaged vehicles, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles
Repairing, replacing and aligning damaged vehicle body panels
Assessing accident damage and identifying the most appropriate repair methods
Completing panel beating and MIG/MAG welding to a high standard
Using manufacturer-approved repair methods and modern bodyshop equipment
Ensuring all vehicle repairs meet required quality and safety standards
Working closely with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians, VDAs and the wider workshop team
Completing work efficiently while maintaining exceptional repair quality
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
What Were Looking For
Were looking for someone with:
Previous experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater, Vehicle Body Repair Technician or Bodyshop Technician
Experience working within an accident repair centre, bodyshop or collision repair environment
Strong knowledge of vehicle panel repair, replacement and alignment
Experience with structural vehicle repairs and welding
A strong understanding of modern accident repair methods
Excellent attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
The ability to work efficiently within a busy bodyshop environment
A positive, reliable and team-focused approach
ATA accreditation or an equivalent body repair qualification would be advantageous
