A dedicated and resilient Support Worker is required to join a therapeutic EBD children’s home, supporting children and young people with emotional, behavioural, social, and mental health needs.

Suitable Candidates Will Be:
- (Ideally) Experienced in residential children’s care or EBD settings
- Calm, resilient, and confident managing challenging behaviours
- Passionate about supporting vulnerable young people
- Strong team players with excellent communication skills
- Able to provide consistency, boundaries, and positive role modelling
- Emotionally resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working within a children’s residential home or similar care setting
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Right to work full-time in the UK (39 hours per week)
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
