About the Role
Freightforce Distribution are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
· Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex queries when necessary.
· Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
· Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
· Work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
· Support general administrative duties as required.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
· Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
