YCube Information Technology Ltd is seeking a Technology Solutions Supervisor to oversee the delivery of technology solutions and support the day-to-day coordination of IT operations and technical projects. What you'll do:
- Supervise the delivery of technology solutions and daily IT operations.
- Coordinate technical projects, system implementations, and solution deployments.
- Work closely with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology services.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimise efficiency and reliability.
- Support infrastructure, cloud, software, and business technology initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and operational standards.
- Assist with incident management, technical support, and service improvement activities.
- Prepare project updates, operational reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and technology service delivery.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in information technology, technology solutions, IT operations, technical support, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, business systems, or software solutions.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Pay: £3,900.00-£5,600.00 per month
