Accounts Manager – Stratford-upon-Avon£55,000 - £70,000 + Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits
Clark Wood are recruiting for an Accounts Manager to join a highly respected firm of Chartered Accountants in Stratford-upon-Avon.
This role would suit an Accounts Manager, Client Manager, Accounts Assistant Manager or Senior Accountant with strong practice experience looking for progression.
The Role
- Managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, partnerships and limited companies
- Reviewing statutory accounts and UK GAAP
- Reviewing management accounts and financial reporting
- Reviewing corporation tax computations
- Acting as the main client contact and providing accounting advice
- Managing client deadlines, workflow and budgets
- Reviewing work completed by Accounts Seniors and junior staff
- Supporting and developing junior team members
The Person
- ACA / ACCA qualified or QBE
- Previous accountancy practice experience
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients
- Strong statutory accounts and UK GAAP knowledge
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively
