Overview
AnyTime Radiology (ATR) is a newly launched teleradiology service, officially live as of November 2025. Founded by leaders in the radiology sector, ATR is building a pioneering global platform designed to support world-class radiologists and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients worldwide.
We are currently seeking a Medical Administrator (RadSupport Assistant) professional to join our London-based founding team. As part of our Global Radiologist Support Team, you will work closely with colleagues across London, Sydney, and New Zealand, helping to deliver seamless workflows, accurate reporting, and outstanding service to our radiologists and clients.
This role operates on a rotating shift roster between 7:00am and 8:00pm, across seven days, supporting our global 24/7 service model.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide timely and accurate support to radiologists.
- Assist with onboarding and credentialing of new radiologists.
- Proofread, review, and audit radiology reports.
- Liaise with offshore typing services as required
Enquiries Management
- Respond to queries from radiologists, clients and referring doctors.
- Facilitate smooth communication between doctors and radiologists
Scheduling & Workflow
- Support rostering, shift management, and case triaging.
- Curate worklists to ensure cases are accurate and report-ready.
Continuous Improvement
- Capture and analyse data to support quality initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements using lean operations practices.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency.
Records & Compliance
- Maintain training.
- Support compliance and onboarding processes.
Requirements
Education
- A-Levels completed; further qualifications in healthcare administration are a plus.
Experience
- Administrative experience, ideally in healthcare.
- Radiology or hospital administration experience desirable but not essential.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Experience with RIS, PACS, or medical software (desirable but not essential).
Work Conditions
- Ability to work rotating shifts between 7:00am and 8:00pm.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster (including weekends/ public holidays) as part of a global support team.
