OVERVIEW
Join the ‘Greatest Story in Hospitality’ and become part of the team behind some of the UK's largest Christmas parties, conferences, banquets and special events.
As a Casual Event Service Staff member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during our busy festive season. Working as part of a large and dynamic team, you will help provide efficient food and beverage service to hundreds of guests at a time, ensuring every event runs smoothly and successfully.

Previous experience in hospitality, events, retail or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Deliver efficient food and beverage service at conferences, banquets, Christmas parties and large-scale events.
Welcome guests with a friendly and professional approach.
Serve and clear food and beverages quickly and accurately while maintaining excellent standards of service.
Support event set-ups, room turnarounds and close-down procedures.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of events.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
Respond positively to guest requests and help create a memorable experience for every visitor.
Contribute to the energetic atmosphere that makes our events so successful.

Interviews will take place throughout August, with successful candidates commencing employment in September in preparation for our busy Christmas events season.
