About the restaurant
Yun is a new Yunnan restaurant opening on Torrington Place in central London.
We are currently putting together our opening team and are looking for friendly, reliable people with hospitality experience to join us across a range of front-of-house and bar roles.

- Waiting staff
- Bartenders
- Supervisors
- Other front-of-house positions

What the role may involve
Depending on the position, you may be:
- Welcoming guests and helping them feel comfortable
- Taking orders and explaining the menu
- Serving food and drinks
- Preparing drinks and cocktails
- Using the till and card machine
- Keeping the restaurant and bar areas clean and organised
- Helping to deal with customer questions or problems
- Following food-safety, allergen and alcohol-licensing procedures
- Supporting the wider team during busy services
- Helping with opening and closing duties
What we are looking for
We would like to hear from people who are:
- Friendly, reliable and comfortable speaking with customers
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Calm and organised during busy periods
- Interested in food, drinks and hospitality
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Legally entitled to work in the UK
Previous restaurant, bar or hospitality experience is preferred. Experience with Chinese or Asian food is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.
