Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of HRIS systems and HR management tools. The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring organisational objectives are met through effective people management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage employee onboarding, training programmes, and ongoing development initiatives.
- Supervise HR team members and coordinate HR activities across departments.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems and ensure data integrity through regular analysis.
- Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
- Conduct data analysis to inform HR decision-making and optimise workforce planning.
- Deliver presentations on HR initiatives to management and staff to foster engagement and transparency.
- Monitor performance management processes, including appraisals and succession planning.
Experience
- Proven management experience within human resources or related fields.
- Demonstrable supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of human resources practices, employment legislation, and organisational policies.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Data analysis skills for interpreting HR metrics and generating actionable insights.
