Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Manage the entire pizza-making process, from dough preparation to final topping assembly
- Ensure all food safety standards are strictly followed during food preparation and handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils
- Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service to guests
- Monitor ingredient freshness and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in training new staff on pizza preparation techniques and safety procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to pizza making and meal preparation
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving guests
- Prior experience in restaurant or food service environments is highly preferred
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly to evolving kitchen needs
