We are looking for someone to join our Roost on a parttime fixedterm basis for 9 weeks over the summer period, with the successful candidate working 4 days out of 7 between 8am & 6pm. Our new Summer Support team member will become a key part of our friendly and experienced property team at our John Bell House and Swanston House Property in Belfast

As a Summer Support team member at Student Roost, youll play an essential role in helping us maintain a safe and compliant environment during our busiest season. Your primary responsibility will be completing flushing compliance checks across the property. This involves entering unoccupied rooms on a scheduled rotation to run taps, showers and flush toilets, ensuring water systems remain safe and wellmaintained.
Alongside this, youll support the wider property team with a variety of operational tasks. No two days will look the same, and youll be someone whos happy to roll up your sleeves, help where needed, and take pride in contributing to a wellrun building. Your reliability, attention to detail and willingness to get involved will help us deliver the high standards our residents expect.
