The Role
As a Health Advisor you will be a key part of our Operations team, working across three areas: attending on-site testing days at client workplaces across the UK, conducting virtual testing appointments with patients remotely, and supporting our customer service and admin function via live chat, email, telephone and general admin tasks.
You will be the face of Qured in the field, delivering a positive experience for every customer. Many of our clients are based in the Midlands and around London. Travel costs for client site visits are paid on top of salary. Full training is provided — no clinical experience required.
What you'll be doing
- Travelling to client workplaces across the UK to run on-site employee health screening days — encouraging sign-ups, answering questions and guiding employees through the testing process in a positive, engaging way
- Guiding patients through their health test in a warm, confident manner, both in person and virtually, supporting the self-collection process to ensure a high success rate
- Delivering virtual testing appointments remotely with clear, empathetic communication
- Handling customer queries and admin tasks across live chat, email and telephone
About you
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident building rapport with clients and patients, face to face and remotely
- Willing and able to travel to client sites — good access to transport or a car ideal
- Patient, empathetic and solutions-focused
- Professional home workspace for remote working days
About you — nice to have
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Phlebotomy training (not required for the core role, but opens up additional opportunities within the team)

Location
We are particularly looking for candidates based in the Midlands or North of England, with good access to transport links or a car, as the majority of our on-site client visits are in these regions.
Salary
£17,400 per year (part-time, 24 hours per week — equivalent to £29,000 full time)
Pay: £17,400.00 per year
