Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and communal spaces
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to ensure optimal results
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency and quality
- Dispose of waste responsibly, ensuring recycling protocols are adhered to where applicable
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Maintain cleanliness standards in line with health and safety regulations
- Support team members with additional cleaning tasks as needed to meet operational demands
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs
