We are looking for a CRM Systems Specialist who can take ownership of CRM administration, process support, data quality, and system improvements. You are not just updating records; you are helping teams work smarter, improve customer visibility, automate routine tasks, and make better use of customer information. You will work closely with sales, customer service, marketing, operations, IT, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM Administration: Manage daily CRM configuration, user access, permissions, fields, layouts, workflows, pipelines, and system settings.
Data Quality: Maintain accurate customer records, remove duplicates, support data cleansing, and improve consistency across CRM information.
Workflow Automation: Build and support automations, reminders, task flows, email sequences, pipeline stages, and customer follow up processes.
Reporting and Dashboards: Create CRM reports, dashboards, activity summaries, sales updates, customer service insights, and performance tracking views.
User Support: Assist employees with CRM questions, troubleshooting, training, process guidance, and best practice use of the system.
System Improvement: Identify gaps, recommend improvements, test changes, and support CRM updates that improve team efficiency.
Integration Support: Help coordinate CRM connections with email tools, ecommerce platforms, customer service systems, marketing tools, and business applications.
Documentation: Maintain clear notes on CRM processes, system changes, user guides, field definitions, workflows, and reporting standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Work with department leads to understand requirements, explain system changes, and support adoption across teams.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 3 plus years of experience in CRM administration, business systems support, sales operations, customer operations, marketing operations, or data management.
CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, or similar platforms.
Data Skills: Strong attention to detail with experience managing customer records, reports, lists, fields, workflows, and data quality checks.
Automation Skills: Understanding of CRM workflows, email sequences, task automation, pipeline stages, and customer journey improvements.
Organisation: You can manage multiple system requests, track changes, document processes, and follow through on deadlines.
Problem Solving: You can identify system issues, investigate root causes, suggest practical fixes, and support users clearly.
Communication: You can explain CRM processes and system updates to non technical users, managers, and internal teams.
Mindset: You are detail oriented, service focused, proactive, and comfortable working across departments. You understand that strong CRM systems are about clean data, clear processes, and better customer relationships.

Competitive yearly salary: £51,600 to £68,400
