Position Summary
The Product Manager for Customer Configuration & Onboarding owns a foundational and fast-expanding area of the ENSEK platform. You are accountable for the strategy, roadmap and outcomes of how user configuration, admin configuration, self-serve onboarding, digital adoption software, and customer systems are configured across the platform. As AI agents become integrated into customer workflows, you'll ensure configuration capabilities support both human and non-human actors seamlessly..You work as the connective tissue between engineering, security, commercial, and customer teams to ensure these capabilities are built right and deliver measurable business value.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
Experience working in energy, utility tech, SaaS, or platform-based product environments is advantageous.
